Main Honey offers domestic and international shipping. We ship to the following regions:

  • Domestic: South Africa, Zambia, and neighboring African countries.
  • International: Worldwide shipping is available. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor its status.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders within South Africa and Zambia typically take 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • International Shipping: Orders to other countries may take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs clearance procedures in your country may cause additional delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.
  • International Orders: International shipping fees are based on the destination and the total weight of the package. Additional taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply depending on your location and will be the customer’s responsibility.

Free Shipping

Main Honey offers free domestic shipping for orders over R500. International customers may qualify for free shipping on bulk orders or special promotions—details of which will be announced on our website or communicated via our newsletter.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our logistics partner’s website. For international orders, please allow for a few days for the tracking to update once the package has cleared customs.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply in your country. Main Honey is not responsible for these charges and they must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

Missing or Delayed Shipments
